Organization Committee:
Testing, Parties, Social Dinners, School Trips, Concerts, Demonstrations and Tournaments.
( ATC asks for your support, without this support team ATC events can
not run smoothly)
ATC Needs Positive Professional Committee Members.
ATC
would appreciate and encourage that everyone get involved.

All members will
receive a special Free T-Shirt and you
may purchase an additional leadership jacket or additional Leadership T-shirts.

Committee Duties:
Setup Committee: 10 People Needed
Setup for event ( chairs, tables, set flooring, place
trophies, boards, blocks and sound system installation)
Clean Up Committee:
10 People Needed
Cleans Up after events - ( Vacuum and sweep and
toss out broken materials)
Promotional Committee:
Hosting Committee:

People Needed
Assure that Masters and Guest Masters, Senior Instructors are taken care of
during long events and belt testing's.
(water, drinks, food and seating at restaurants or
events)
Event Committee:
Sets up outside events to create ATC family unity and friendships (
Concerts, Dinners, Movies, Trips, Educational Events and BBQ)

Over Sees Testing
Organization ( 4 Levels)
1) Parking Controller (
Assure Students/Parents and guests are parking in a authorized area) 2
2) Registration Controller ( Assure all students have registered for
testing and are signed in at the door) 2
3) Seating Controllers ( Assure no eating or drinking in the testing room
and removal of shoes that might damage the floor) 4
3) Line Controllers ( Line and Position Students Lowest Ranks to Highest
/ Shorter to Taller) 4
4) Breaking Controllers ( Find and Train Board Holders Face Holders
Cheryut-Attention / Kuey-Bow ... Breaking Positions on the count of 3) 2
5) Refreshment Controllers ( Prepare sign up sheets for pot luck brunch
on testing days and organize and supervise tables) 4
Parent / Student Team Rules:
1) All outside events must be
approved by your master instructor.
2) T- Shirts must be worn at all events.
3) You must try to attend all events or advise your Committee Leader 5
Days prior to event.
4) Stay positive and don't gossip about other team members or parents.
5) Be professional if a negative situation arises inform your committee
leaders
6) Committee leaders must try to attend all events. ( Higher Position)
7) Committee Members must try to attend all events.
8) Try to attend all Leadership Committee Meetings Times will be posted
on this page.
9) Refer new members and be kind to all members and parents.
10) Always act appropriate and dress appropriate and always act
professional.
